The first purchasing cards will be issued in 2004. The nine pilot operations launched in 2001 (see CB Mag no 15) recently concluded and the results proved entirely satisfactory. Further, the specifications for this purchasing card (presentation, operations, etc.), defined in June 2002 by Cartes Bancaires CB, were adapted in October 2003 to meet the requirements of public accounting.
