On the 17th September 2004, Cartes Bancaires CB met the banking associations of the 10 ew members of the European Banking Federation.   © DR As a result of the extension of the European Union, the European Banking Federation (FBE) has also expanded: its Executive Committee now includes the general managers of the national banking associations of the new Member States. On the 16th, the FBE organised in Paris a presentation of the French banking sector for its new members. The Executive Committee's new general managers met with Cartes Bancaires CB's senior staff to dicuss the CB system. On the 17th, the entire Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation held its 217th meeting in the premises of the Fédération Bancaire Française (FBF). Back to top of page
