This EMV Guidebook which was specially designed for retailers can be downloaded from the Cartes Bancaires CB website.

  Check compliance of your hardware
You should check with your bank and on the Cartes Bancaires CB website to make sure that the payment hardware you are using (Eftpos terminals, integrated payment systems, etc.) is CB5.2 approved and is correctly installed.
